ENVINET is a member of the Steering Committee of International Network LABONET PDF Print E-mail

ENVINET is expanding its activities in the International Network of Laboratories for Nuclear Waste Characterization – LABONET organized under the auspices of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

The Deputy of ENVINET Holding Zuzana Mayerová was selected one of the five members of the Steering Committee headed by Secretary General Mr. Susanta Kumar Samanta. The Committee's task is to set the direction, control and evaluate the organizational and technical activities of LABONET. Preliminary three-day meeting brought a number of important organizational decisions. One of these decisions was to empower ENVINET as an expert company in ionizing radiation monitoring and gamma spectroscopy to organize during the year 2013 multi-day professional trainings on the topics mentioned above for the less technically savvy colleagues - members of LABONET. This year ENVINET will also join the working group on non-destructive analysis and continue its activities at the Steering Committee.

More information about LABONET can be found here.
